The Cotterhouse at Guardswell Farm sits neatly at the bottom of the farm track, with framed views over the Carse of Gowrie and North Fife. A little tardis, the Cotterhouse looks like a little cottage, but inside you'll find four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining space and a kitchen!
Come and enjoy the farm with us- speak to the donkeys, feed the sheep, walk across the hills, look for wildflowers, sit and read a book...just watch the world go by!! Great if you're attending an event nearby, or just looking for somewhere to stay close to both Perth and Dundee.
